Scope and Application

Cheirz Food & Beverages is a private limited company registered and incorporated in India under the Companies Act, 2013. In this policy the usage of the words/phrases/references to ‘we’, ‘us’ and ’our’ shall refer to the Company.

This Privacy Policy covers the user Information handling and securing practices of the Company. This  policy is applicable to all persons who access, use, purchase any product or Services from the Company through our website (www.wheafree.com), and other online channels and through other interactions and communications with the Company or its agents or affiliates (collectively, the “Platform”) including the “Users” of the services via the Platform. In the Privacy Policy, words/ phrases/ references to ‘you’ and ‘your’ shall refer to the Users. Your access/usage of the Company offered Services through the Platform is you expressing consent and confirming to the company that the can collect, use, maintain. Process and disclose your Information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. If you disagree at any time with our Privacy Policy and/ or Terms & Conditions or any other Company policy published on the Platform, we advise you to refrain from using and/or accessing our Services.

Collection of Information

The information is collected by the Company with purpose of providing you the high quality and efficient Services, the company may collect information from its Users via multiple channels including but not limited to voluntarily submitted information by the User on the Platform while accessing/using the Services through communication and requests initiated by you with the Company and third parties. For the User to be registered for he/she must have a minimum age of 18 years or the age as applicable by law for a contractual consent, whichever is lower. We expressly assert that our Services are not meant for a person under 18 years of age and the Company has no intention to collect their information.

Types of “Information” collected by the Company

Personally Identifiable Information (PII)- As per the information security and privacy laws, PII is any data/ information that can potentially be used on its own or with other information  to identify a particular person. PII includes but is not limited to the following shared via the Platform, emails or any other medium: name, gender, phone number, email address, postal address, date of birth, profile picture and other details. On your access to our Platform for the Services, we may collect any information specific to our needs and can use this information to customize our Services and will be available for the use of the Company exclusively. We can assure you that the information provided by you to our Company is handled with confidentiality. Non-Personal Information (NPI) – includes the IP address of the device used to connect to the Platform. This information also included the browser details, operating system used, the name of the website that redirected the visitor to the Platform and any other information that connected you with the Platform. The Users are requested to note that on access of the Platform and on receiving any communication or emails sent by the Company, the Company and its permitted agents, use pixel tags and/or cookies to collect and store your information and online preferences.

Apart from the above, the Company may modify the Services, from time to time, available on the Platform. The company may also store, publish and use the information such as preferences and details of non-personal nature provided by the Users on email or any other medium shared by the Company or via its Platform.

Usage, sharing and storage of Information

The information collected is also used by the Company for the purpose of internal operations and proving customer support. The information provided by the Users will be shared as provided in the Privacy Policy and the Company does not in any manner trade/sell the User’s PII, except if specified in the this policy or an express consent is acquired from you. The Company may share any information collected with its subsidiaries, divisions, and affiliates, or with a third party as part of any sale, merger or acquisition and authorized third parties/service partners. You agree to inform us with your updated information in case of any changes in the PII and to protect the security of your username, password and PII in relation to the Platform and the Services.

Your submission of information to the Company is your express acknowledgement and consent that the information can be used as the Company deems fit, subject to the Privacy Policy. Additionally, the disclosure of the PII might be made apart from the above as required by law; in connection with any legal proceedings or prospective legal proceedings; in order to establish, exercise or defend its legal rights; on account of a governmental or judicial request; to enforce or apply our terms of use with you, or; to protect the Company and User’s s rights or safety.

For the NPI collected and data analyses from it may be shared by the Company to its existing and potential partners, advertisers, investors, and others. The Company fully disclaims any liability(ies) or claim(s), which may arise by use/misuse of User’s feedback, suggestions, views, etc. which is provided on any of the social networking websites or blogs, by any third party whether or not known to the Company.

All Information collected by the Company in connection to the Services may be stored. The Information may be stored on your device(s) according to the security and privacy policies of your device and storage providers. The User acknowledges that any breach of such security and privacy is beyond the Company’s control and the Company cannot and will not be held responsible for it. The Information stored by the Company through s a vendor, all data storage by the vendor will be subject to the vendor’s security systems. The Company will not be responsible for any breach of privacy/security policy of the vendor. You understand and agree that your stored information with the Company and its Platform will be continued to be stored even after you cease to use or disable your use/access to our Services or the Platform. Kindly, note that your PII will not be shared or disclosed to its affiliates, vendors, third parties etc., upon your cease, disable of use and access of the Services or the Platform, or otherwise unless required by law to do so. The Company uses cookies with an aim to improve and modify its Services and enhance User experience on the Platform in relation to the Services provided. The User can instruct their browser or device to stop accepting the cookies or prompt a message to accept the cookies for the Company’s Platforms as it deems suitable. However, the non-acceptance of the cookies may lead to a restricted access and benefit for all the aspects of the Platform.

The Company is committed to protect it’s the privacy of its Users who are accessing and using its Services on the Platform. We intend to protect its Users personal and other information secure from time to time and take all necessary and reasonable manner to protect your information. Here the Users, includes not only the existing but also its former users and mere visitors too. All the users are advised and encourages to read through this Privacy Policy thoroughly to gain the understanding on how the Company collects and uses the information provided to them. For the PII, the company ensures you safeguard your security against unauthorised access and unlawful interception by implementing the required electronic and managerial processes. The Company provides limited access of PII to its employees, contractors or whoever in the business need such access. The Company does not have any control over, does not review and in any position be responsible to any outside websites or its contents. Also, neither does the Company represent, warrant or guarantee the protection of your information from any unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alterations beyond the reasonable control of the Company  nor does it accept any liability for the security of the Information submitted to the Company or for your or any third parties’ misuse of your Information.

Payment Details and Acceptable modes

Third party payment gateways are used by the Company for processing online payments. Your do credit card details or debit card details or your internet banking details are not saved on our servers. On processing your payments, the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS) is used to encrypt the payment data. The purchase transaction data is only used for the time frame it is necessary to complete your purchase transaction and is not saved thereafter. The company adheres to the standards set by PCI-DSS for its payment gateway. These standards are managed by the PCI Security Standards Council. The PCI-DSS requirements provide the assurance that your payment data information is handled securely by the Platform. Our Company accepts the following for the online payments: Visa, Mastercard, RuPay (local debit card), net banking (online ban transfers and UPI) and wallet payments (Paytm).The Company can modify the available modes at any time. You will be required to provide information for your payment related transactions, the payment gateways and other payment transaction processors will have their own privacy policies as are governed by their privacy policies.

If you see any unauthorized charges on your credit/debit card for purchases made on wheafree.com, but you never created an account or signed up, please check with your family members or business colleagues authorized to make purchases on your behalf, to confirm that they haven’t placed the order. If you’re still unable to recognize the charge, please report the unauthorized purchase within 10 days of the transaction to enable Wheafree to begin an investigation.

The Company reserve the right to modify, amend, suspend, terminate or replace this Privacy Policy at any time within our sole discretion, so please review it frequently. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on the Platform. When we do, we will notify you the changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page. We will update the effective date of the change in policy at the top of this Privacy Policy page. Your continued use of this website, after this updated “effective date”, will mean that you accept any such changes. You are advised to periodically review our Privacy Policy page for any changes.

Governing Law

The Company is incorporated in, and based in India, and is duty bound to abide by Indian laws. The Company may not have complied with some privacy laws of other countries and further represents to be unaware of such other legal requirements.
